Tectonic weapons, unconventional weapons that can cause earthquakes, unfortunately do exist.

At a section of Jay Pendelton at StopPoliticalAssassinations.com, I list the following tragedies.
Jay Pendelton (documented at StopJayPendelton.com and BustJayPendelton.com) is suspected of being involved in many of the 2011-now mind control related tragedies.

Jay Pendelton is also suspected of using covert tectonic weapon (or earthquake weapon) technology during these earthquakes:
1. The Dec. 7, 1988 Spitak earthquake.  Estimated 25,000-50,000 killed and up to 31,000-130,000 injured [according to Wikipedia].
2. The minor 3.6 July 16, 2010 Washington, DC earthquake.
3. The Aug. 23, 2011 5.8 Virginia East Coast earthquake.
4. The Sept. 8, 2023 6.8/6.9 Morocco Al Haouz earthquake.  Estimated 2,960 killed, 5,674 injured, $7 billion in damages [according to Wikipedia].


Within the past 10 days, Jay Pendelton mentioned the unusual word "Kamchatky" and possibly the word "Kamchatka", so Jay was probably aware of the earlier M7.4 July 20, 2025 Kamchatka area earthquake before I was.  Jay also mentioned the word "tsunami".  (Jay Pendelton claimed at 5:29am 7/30/25 to have used the word "Kamchatka" multiple times.)

Jay Pendelton has a years' long history of making some unusual comments.  For example, at 9:52pm 7/28/25, Jay asked "What does it take to fucking annoy people?"

At 12:53 7/30/25 EDT, Jay Pendelton claimed "We did that. [We set off the July 29, 2025 Kamchatka earthquake.]"

At 4:52am 7/30/25 EDT, Jay Pendelton claimed "We did that too.  [We set off the earlier M7.4 July 20, 2025 Kamchatka area earthquake.]"

At 6:11am 7/30/25 Jay/B2 claimed "It was Jay. It was Jay. It was Jay."  [The claim of being responsible for causing these tragedies was narrowed to Jay Pendelton himself.]

I do not know if Jay Pendelton was telling the truth or lying, but that those were Jay Pendelon's claims.  (The area where I live experienced an extremely rare flash flood on July 19, 2025 that I researched on July 28, 2025, so I am suspicious of the odd coincidences in the timing.  Also, on July 18, 2025, 2 local reporters wrote that Washington flash flood warnings hit 25-year high.)

April 28, 1997:  U.S. Secretary of Defense William Cohen said
"Others [terrorists] are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.
So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations.  It's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensify our [counterterrorism] efforts." -- Secretary of Defense William Cohen at an April 1997 "Conference on Terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction, and U.S. Strategy" at University of Georgia, sponsored by former Georgia Senator Sam Nunn.  William Cohen made his comments during a question and answer session during the DoD News Briefing Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen Monday, April 28, 1997 - 8:45 a.m. EDT.  William Cohen mentions Alvin Toffler earlier in his quote, and he is probably referring to information in page 143 of the book "War and Anti-War: Survival at the Dawn of the 21st Century", by Alvin Toiler and Heidi Toffler, 1993.
While the quote claims "it's real" [meaning that there are real unconventional threats to US national security], one writer has attempted to debunk the William Cohen quote anyway

April 15, 2019:  Mike Pompeo said "when I was a cadet, what’s the first – what’s the cadet motto at West Point? You will not lie, cheat, or steal, or tolerate those who do.  I was the CIA director. We lied, we cheated, we stole.  (Laughter.) It’s – it was like – we had entire training courses. (Applause.) It reminds you of the glory of the American experiment."
He gave the speech in a happy mood, and received applause from the crowd.

Mike Pompeo's cheerful admission on April 15, 2019 that "I was the CIA director. We lied, we cheated, we stole." did get some attention and criticism.   This part of his much longer speech is available on YouTube, including videos from Lawyers' Committee for 9/11 Inquiry (that includes the reference to the West Point cadet honor code vs. CIA values and practices) and the Latin American TeleSUR English that contrasts Mike Pompeo's cheerful speech with the CIA's history of political repression in Latin America.
