Tectonic weapons, unconventional weapons that can cause earthquakes, unfortunately do exist. 1978:The Environmental Modification Convention (ENMOD), formally the Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques, is an international treaty prohibiting the military or other hostile use of environmental modification techniques having widespread, long-lasting or severe effects. An earthquake, according to Wikipedia. "is the shaking of the surface of Earth resulting from a sudden release of energy in the lithosphere that creates seismic waves. Earthquakes may also be referred to as quakes, tremors, or temblors. The word tremor is also used for non-earthquake seismic rumbling." [Covert op Jay Pendelton has earlier used the term "rumble" to description shaking up the earth.]
According to Wikipedia, electromagnetic pulses can cause human induced seismicity. Why can electromagnetic pulses cause human induced seismic activity? According to google,
1) joule heating of pore fluid that raises pore fluid pressure and
2) piezoelectric effect of quartz in rocks, which might cause rocks to vibrate or even break. [Quartzite rock and granite rock both contain a lot of piezoelectric quartz.] [Jay mentioned granite [rock] earlier, and Jay confirmed Ed's granite rock point around 7:20am 4/15/26.]
According to google, these effects can occur up to 2-6 days later. [In the case of 3 earthquakes [the 3.6 July 16, 2010 Washington, DC earthquake, the Aug. 23, 2011 5.8 Virginia East Coast earthquake, and the deadly and expensive Sept. 8, 2023 6.8/6.9 Morocco Al Haouz earthquake], I believe these potentially cumulative earth-stressing effects might occur very quickly during repeated electromagnetic zapping on the same day, or even instantly after a very strong zap.]
This means that hi-tech directed energy weapons or DEWs could hypothetically deliberately or even accidentally be used as a very weak tectonic weapon. However, even a very weak tectonic weapon might produce electromagnetic pulses or EMPs that might rarely produce an earthquake if it was zapped at geologically unstable ground near a fault line. [At 6:46am 4/15/26, while I was writing this, B2 commented "Talk about plausible deniability".] [At 6:48am 4/15/26, Jay repeated or broadcast the phrase "reckless endangerment", possibly while mind-reading someone making that complaint.] [ At 7:02am 4/15/26 Jay explained "We [Jay and B2 just beamed around this area ["the DC area", Jay explained moments later] until it didn't have anything left to erupt."]
[Jay claimed at 7:26am 4/15/26 "Now here's the comedy of error. It [trying to produce an earthquake by zapping/beaming the earth] never works, so nobody cares who beams what".]

Induced Earthquakes Overview shows an "Increasing Rate of Earthquakes Beginning in 2009". According to USGS data, induced earthquakes in the US peaked in 2015 at 1010 M3+ earthquakes.
Within the past 10 days [7/20-30/2025], Jay Pendelton mentioned the unusual word "Kamchatky" and possibly the word "Kamchatka", so Jay was probably aware of the earlier M7.4 July 20, 2025 Kamchatka area earthquake before I was. Jay also mentioned the word "tsunami". (Jay Pendelton claimed at 5:29am 7/30/25 to have used the word "Kamchatka" multiple times.)
Jay Pendelton has a years' long history of making some unusual comments. For example, at 9:52pm 7/28/25, Jay asked "What does it take to fucking annoy people?"
At 6:11am 7/30/25 Jay/B2 claimed "It was Jay. It was Jay. It was Jay." [The claim of being responsible for causing these tragedies was narrowed to Jay Pendelton himself.]
I do not know if Jay Pendelton was telling the truth or lying, but that those were Jay Pendelton's claims. (The area where I live experienced an extremely rare flash flood on July 19, 2025 that I researched on July 28, 2025, so I am suspicious of the odd coincidences in the timing. Also, on July 18, 2025, 2 local reporters wrote that Washington flash flood warnings hit 25-year high.)
April 15, 2019: Mike Pompeo said "when I was a cadet, what’s the first – what’s the cadet motto at West Point? You will not lie, cheat, or steal, or tolerate those who do. I was the CIA director. We lied, we cheated, we stole. (Laughter.) It’s – it was like – we had entire training courses. (Applause.) It reminds you of the glory of the American experiment."
He gave the speech in a happy mood, and received applause from the crowd.
